My mind is crowded with a lot of thoughts. Unfortunately, these thoughts are not just random thoughts. Well, they are situations that require decisions - wise decisions. So I’m dreading myself in order to squeeze out whatever I can squeeze in my brain.

Situation Number 1: Caught in Between

If you’re caught in between two powerful forces what would you do?

That’s just to exaggerate, the real situation is I’m caught in between two groups of friends. Mind you they’re not so-called’s. I don’t know if it’s really hate but they seem not to like each other. Whenever the other group doesn’t like what the other one is doing, they’ll start bickering.

So, what  should I do? They’re both my friends. I enjoy their company and they’re fun to be with but the problem is I can’t be with both of them.

Situation Number 2: Believe me we’re not the same

I hate it when someone asks me about my studies. Seriously, I find it pissing and offending. Earlier, somebody asked me if I’m not studying. He reasoned out that he often sees me so he assumed that I’m not studying.

I tried to keep my cool and answered him that I am enrolled in a certain college and I am studying.

I don’t know why but he really offended me. I know I’m lazy and oftentimes hardheaded but I’m not that low. I’ll never ditch myself and my parents when it comes to that. And besides, all my “efforts” will turn into zilch if I won’t study. In fact, I’m planning to run for honors this college.

My problem here is, how can I control my temper. Do you have any suggestions?

Situation Number 3 : No!

In my school, there is a debate and oration org. I forgot the exact name of that org but they concentrate on debate and the art of public speaking. Their aim is to produce good, fluent and confident speakers.  Ok, so much with that. I asked my dad about it and he turned down my request. I even told him that once I became a member of that particular org, I’ll be a full scholar! He turned it down again.

I have a brief background on this so I really thought that my dad will permit me to join. But his answer doesn’t surprised me as well because I know my dad - he thinks that this will just be a hindrance in my studies.

I told my mom about this and she told me that it would be better if I’ll just join the school publication. Great!  They have conflicting ideas.
