I realized that when you move to a new place, you have to settle for homes for rent. Unless you’re super rich and you can already avail your own house but still, it’s impractical to leap that high. We all know the price range of real estates, they’re not cheap! Whether you live in a first-world country or a third-world, it’s still not different. It’s luxurious to buy one. But of course, there will come a time wherein you’ll be able to have your own house. But if you’re new on the block, I doubt it.

When it comes to buying real estates, buyers should be extra careful before deciding to buy one. Real Estate Agents are of big help, but don’t depend too much on them.

Be a wise buyer when it comes this. :heart:

I’m super bored to death! I’m a bummer for 3 weeks and counting… how great is that? The only activity that I do this sembreak are the following:

• eat, eat and eat!
• stay in front of my computer from noon to dawn
• watch movies

See? My life is so boooooooooooring! I want to go out but no one wants to go with me.

Even though my life is so boring these days, I’d still prefer to live this way than go to school. Why? Because my new schedule sucks! I DO NOT WANT TO STAY IN SCHOOL ‘TIL NIGHT! But what can I do? The available blocks all have the same schedule so it’s as if I do have a choice. For sure, my life next semester will be a total mess!

I can’t believe it. I really can’t believe it! October is almost done and I haven’t attended any Oktoberfest yet! I’m so lame.

Do you know that oktoberfest started in Germany? I bet you all know that And that’s the very reason why I wanted to visit Germany! I want to celebrate Oktoberfest with the Germans. I’ve seen a lot of shows on tv that features Germany, that’s the reason why I wanted to visit that country. I am so curious! And if I’m going to visit that country, I’ve dreamed of staying in one cool hotel in Germany that is some sort of vintage.

Like I’ve said in one of my previous posts, I want to see Berlin with my own two eyes. And I’m going to stay in one of the coolest hotels in Berlim! Talk about dreams, neh? Pardon me, I just love to dream.

Ok, after Berlin I’m gonna hit Munich. Whooooo~ Munich is one nice city. And I hope that I’ll be able to say that when I reached Munich. And I want to stay in one of the most comfortable and top-of-the-class hotels in Munich.

I can’t wait for that dream to come true. How I wish it’s true. :cheerful:
