Hello guys!

I’m still alive. I do not know how to start this entry since I’m totally flabbergasted with myself. On my previous post, I stated on the bottom part that comments will be returned… unfortunately, 5 days passed and I haven’t done it. I’m really sorry. Feel free to bash me. But I swear that I really have a good reason! Sadly, I cannot mention it here since it’s a personal matter. Sorry!

Anyway, I’m totally engrossed in reading mangas - shoujo mangas to be exact. Before I continue, a shoujo manga is a manga intended for the female populace particularly those who are 15 - 18 years old. Shoujo mangas often featured the romance genre in their plots. Being a big sucker for cheese and mush, shoujo mangas are indeed for me! And because of it, the only thing that I want to do is read, read and read! Besides, it’s really fun to read something that does not require a wild imagination since there are available visuals. All you have you to do is read what’s written inside the thought bubble and that’s it. Honestly, that’s the reason why I am not so into manga in the past since I prefer seeing lots and lots of lines than phrases and pictures. It’s really funny and I cannot imagine myself getting hooked to it.

That’s all I cannot promise anything now but I’ll try.

I’m good in remembering dates but sorry if I cannot remember your special day dear one.

I’m reading a new manga again and it irked me to make this post. Because at the first part of the manga, there are two guys mesmerized by the “sexy back” of the girl in sailor suit. The two guys though that she’s one heck of a babe but when she turned around, one of the guys said he got scared when the girl turned around. Then the other idiot asked him if the person he’s pertaining to is the girl with glasses. And that same guy said (translated version), “Boooring! And I got all excited for nothing! It’s just some short-sighted girl!”. The other replied with “FOUR EYED-GIRL!”. And all the people inside the bus where laughing because a girl who’s wearing glasses was called as a “FOUR EYED-GIRL” by a couple of idiots.

No offense to the author of the manga but I’m just irritated by the fact that once a girl wears glasses she’s some sort of nerd or freak. It irritates me that much because this simple reading material is teaching us that those who wear glasses are four-eyed freaks!

Yes, I wear glasses and the picture you’re seeing on the right side of your screen is my picture while I am wearing my glasses. I will not ask you if I look like a nerd there or a freak. But one thing’s for sure, even though I look like some horrible four-eyed monster, freak or nerd, I am not one! And the same goes to the others who wear glasses. Wearing glasses do not make us less of who we are. Our visions maybe impaired but we are still 100% humans.

Yes, I’m still human even though I look like some sort of alien because of my glasses. By the way, I have a short temper… so if you try to bully just because I have glasses, you’re dead! Notes: Don’t test my anger.

Additional Notes: The reason why I stated “Don’t test my anger” instead of the cliche “Don’t test my patience” is due to my short temper. I get angry easily. And it seems that I can do anything if I have gone mad and I do not know my limits yet. I haven’t tested my anger up to the highest possible point so I really do not know what will I do if that happens.

And if you’re wondering if I’m the type who bottle things inside, the answer is NO. In fact, I’m very outspoken of my feelings and emotions. Even though that’s the case, I still erupt like a sleeping volcano whenever I’m pushed to my limits.

Reading is one of my passions that is why I am willing to leave everything behind for the sake of a good reading material. But I can’t believe I am able to leave blogging behind. I cannot believe it because blogging is also one of my passions. Anyway, I will try compensate the times that I’ve slacked off but I am not promising that I’ll constantly do it. One thing’s for sure, I’ll try to be more responsible with my actions since I am almost an official adult. Yes, I am almost 18 years old and will officially be on the 25th.

I can’t believe that I am already at this point of my life. The point wherein I am at the peak of my youth. Also, this is point that I am a budding adult. (Ouch! I prefer the first term, it sounds better!) I know that this is just the start so I better prepare myself for the tragedies, downfalls and misadventures that I’ll be facing as an official adult. Gee~ I can’t wait!

Plans for my birthday? Since I was 12, I have already made up my mind that I don’t want to have a flaunty (if there’s such a word) birthday. I am a sociable person yet I do not want to have any social encounters on my birthday. And the only plan that I have in mind is go to the mall and splurge! Yep! The only activity lined up for my birthday is shopping - no more, no less.

I had a weird dream. It’s set at present time, meaning I’m also an incoming college sophomore there. I find it really weird because most of my high school friends and mates were there and we’re discussing something about our incoming life as a sophomore. The reason why I find it weird is because we’re studying on the same school. Of course, in reality we’re not from the same school. Another weird thing about that dream is there’s a huge church - probably even a cathedral - just like the one near our high school. Since I’m very much accustomed to the church near my school in HS, I am very sure that the church I saw on my dream is not that one. Another weird factor, there’s a scene that we’re all praying inside the church but there’s a burial going on. I can assume that the person inside the coffin is not related to anyone of us since I could remember the chat I’ve had with a friend. She said that she’s praying because she wanted to study on the same school again. It’s really weird but not freaky. One more thing to make it weird is that, my two closest friends from high school were not present on that dream, but the rest of the gang were there.

Sorry for the poor explanation. I’m trying to remember what I’ve seen on that dream. And it seems that as time passes by, the memories I’ve had on that dream is gradually drifting away.
