With regards to the previous post, we’re ok now. We have decided to start afresh since we’re friends and what happened is just a misunderstanding.
One down and a lot to go - but these problems are not about something personal anymore. It’s something scholastic. Actually, they cannot be considered bumps in my life but they really stress me big time. And I’ll probably sacrifice my online life for this, that means less time in front of the computer and stuff. Hayyy… keri ko to! I can do this! And besides, sembreak is just a month away.

I really need help on this one.

I have a friend since 1st year college and we’re pretty close. Now, there is a gap between us (not only us but also among our 2 other friends).

It all happened during an announced presentation in one of our subjects. The class is divided into 4 groups and the first two groups will have to present something. I - and our 2 other friends - are part of the first group. And the friend I am referring to is on the second group. Both groups are not prepared for the presentation but my group presented. And while we are presenting, this friend of mine and another member from their group approached our professor and begged for a re-consideration. They said that they’re not prepared and hopes to present next meeting. Our professor agreed.

Everything seems to be alright until me and my two other friends slash group mates appealed. We said that the reconsideration that happened is unfair since the aforementioned presentation is announced. Because of this, the friend who is part of the other group is not happy with it. After this class, she left the room without a word. And on our next class, she finished the test ahead of time and left without a word again.

So, help please?

Let me clear this first, I didn’t appeal because of the grade. Yes, I am grade-conscious but I am not an ass who would do anything for grades. Moreover, friendship is on the line here and I’d rather have a grade lower than the average than to lose a friend. And the reason why I protest with the “it’s-unfair-thing” is because I cannot accept that a friend would do something like that. It’s like she used us for a good front so that their group can have a better grade.

I want to be friends with her again though. But I don’t know where to start. Also, I am determined not to make the first move because I feel like I’ve been used - we’ve been used for her sake.

Now, allow me to talk about how great school is. Midterm is fast approaching and so is the deadline of some of the requirements. Also, it seems that my RLE class will add some grave-y tension to it. WOW! And the agony will start again tomorrow with a chapter test in Anatomy.
