time to unwind | let’s swim!

After 2 stressful days in the university, I have decided to go to the mall and unwind. And even though my whole body is in pain due to the tons of books I carry, it’s as if it is in normal condition for a leisure walk in the mall.

I really love malling especially the S-H-O-P-P-I-N-G ! ! ! part! Yes, I shopped but in moderation this time. I am low on funds because school just started. (Oh you know, I have to buy uni stuffs here and there. :sneer: ) I just bought 3 tops and 2 downs :D pants. Also, I bought a pair of hot pink flip flops. And the day ended with a coffee and a Krispy Kreme doughnut. :D
*I have no pictures to share because I do not have a habit of taking pictures inside the mall. It’s just a habit of mine.

I’ll be back at the uni tomorrow. Even though it will be stressing, I am glad for I am looking forward to my swimming class. I just love the water! Though I almost drowned for how many times already. But I do know how to swim, :P it’s just that I’m not the “swimmer” type. Also, I do not have a wonderful “figure” that is why I am wondering why I love swimming. :D

Beauty Tip!
I have learned this from my Anatomy professor. She’s a licensed doctor by the way.

Brush the surface of the lips before applying any color or gloss. Brushing the surface removes dead skin cells and residues of the former product applied. By doing this, the lips will look more radiant.

fret not

A cataract is an opacity that develops in the lens of the eye. It usually blocks the light that passes thru the eyes. This case usually happens to old people.

I know a little about cataract but I am so afraid of getting this. I do not want my precious eyes to be blocked by it. I cannot say that I am really taking care of my eyes since I am always in front of my computer screen. Anyway, my grandmother has a cataract on her right eye. It’s already that big that’s why it’s no longer just an opacity but whitish blue in color. Though that’s not the real reason why my grandmother cannot see but I think if she had taken care of her eyes in the past, this thing won’t happen.

Nowadays, cataract is no longer that much of a problem since there are a lot of technologies invented that resolve this problem. And the latest breakthrough is the refractive cataract surgery. It’s good that such technologies are being invented. This means that people, especially the oldies, will be able to keep their vision as clearly as possible. Hay… I hope such technologies were invented in the past. Maybe if that thing happened, my grandmother can see images right now. :gum_blank:
