I have finally upgraded my wordpress to the latest version. Unfortunately, I do not like it. I am unsatisfied with almost every feature of the latest series. Why? First of all, the shortcut tabs are incomplete. Not only that since they also changed the name of remaining ones. Yes, it really looks wonderful but I prefer comfort than eye-candies. Speaking of eye-candies, the latest version is prettier than the previous one if you’re going to compare the color scheme. The latest looks fresh and vibrant. But like what I’ve mentioned above, I prefer comfort than eye-candies. I am more comfortable with the obsolete version since it’s easier to use. Not to mention the countless plugins that are compatible with it. Actually, I still have a lot of discomforts and criticisms for the latest version but I won’t be ranting them all here. I do not want to discourage those who want to see and feel the oh-so-magnificent latest version of Wordpress, not to mention those who are so deeply in love with it. I am not trying to start a flame war here, I’m just being frank with my feelings… By the way, I forgot to mention that my kind of frankness is mixed with a tad bit of sarcasm.

I am not yet sure if I’m going to downgrade it since fantastico does not offer a one-click downgrade installation… but I do hope that fantastico has that feature!

If you’re from the Philippines, then you probably know where this can be found. For the sake of my other visitors, the scene in the picture is taken on the bridge of the biggest mall in my country (or probably the biggest in asia), the SM Mall of Asia. The reason why I have posted that picture is because I am really curious why there are a lot of couples who always display intimate affections in public places to their loves ones. And whenever I go to the overlooking bridge in MOA, I always see couples kissing and hugging or probably even touching each other. I totally respect the idea of ‘intimacy’ between couples but the thing that I do not understand is: why do they have to show those intimate affections in public places? Where’s the intimacy there?

Please do not get the wrong idea, I am not someone from the past who’s able to barge into existence in the new millennium. It’s just that it totally pisses me off because they’re showing their affections in the wrong place and, probably, at the wrong time. If they really want to touch, kiss and hug each other, why not rent a room? Come to think of it, motels are really cheap especially if it is located in a third world country like the Philippines.

I only have one exam left and I can finally have my much awaited summer vacation. Since I only have one exam to go, I’m not in a studying mood once again! And who would be in the mood to study if that last exam is your most hated subject? Yes, it’s my most hated subject, Filipino. I won't hate that subject if, and only if, the professor is professional enough. Too bad, she isn't. But I have no choice but to study because I do not want to see any line of 2's on my report card.

I need to study thiiiis Hayyyyyy!

Another nonsense post from me. I really can’t think of anything to share right now. I guess my brain juices dried out because I re-posted 5 SPs. I do not why some of my SPs are missing, as far as I know the only ones lost are the ones posted during the last hacking incident of my site. Anyway, I hope that I will no longer have this kind of problem. By the way I have a good news, well, this good news is only applicable to me and my hostees. Yes, it has something to do with the domain. I cannot share that news here since I really want to keep my promise in one of my old posts that I will no longer mention the status of my domains here. So janelle, what’s with the nails?

Well, that’s how my nails look like now. Tomorrow, I’ll ask my manicurista (FYI: a manicurista is a person who do your nails) not to cut my fingernails again because I am having a hard time maintaining short nails. It sounds pretty weird but I am really used to have long finger nails. Since I decided to cut it short, I am really encountering a lot of problems. Now that I decided to grow it again, I have to be extra careful not to scratch myself. It’s cold now and the cold weather makes me want to scratch and scratch and scratch. Yes, I’m allergic to it because it dries my skin but I still love the cold weather. I hope that this weather will last until my birthday.

I am thinking of always bringing my camera with me. I just thought that it would be nice if I can capture every special moment that passes by my life. I’ve missed to capture a lot already since I am too lazy to charge the batteries of my cam and because of that, a lot of events passed without me having a shot of it.

My life as a freshman is about to end. Only a month to go and I’m no longer a freshie.

Anyway, I went to Sta. Mesa with my group mates earlier today. As usual, we feed the kids that we’re asked to take care of. By the way, I was the one who cooked their meal. FYI: This is the first time I cooked for someone! Foods cooked by me are only to be eaten by me since I do not want other people to taste my horrible cooking. Luckily, the taste was not horrible. And according to Ella (the kid we’re taking care of), it’s delicious!
